Unfortunately, we do not accept return at this time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges at this time, unless your item is defective. If you believe that you have received a defective item, please contact us at www.infograndam@protonmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase and an address will be provided to you, to return the item.

Upon receipt of your return products, we will fully examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a replacement or a refund as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
